Dominique Zelunka
Through the subtle abstraction of shape and form Dominique Zelunka has produced stunning works featuring a flamenco dancers, athletes and children. Each series beautifully capturing the human form in action.
About the Artist
Born in France, Dominique arrived in Canada in 1973. She studied at the Julian Academy and Art Decoratif in Paris, then travelled and painted for 2 years in Spain and Italy.
After spending time at home with her family, Dominique began painting seriously again in 2008. She further studied in 2012 with Tom Campbell and in 2013 with Brian Burnett at the Toronto School of Art.
Since then Dominique has produced a flamenco dancers series, a Serena Williams series, as well as landscapes, children and abstract works.
